NO REFUNDS ON COMPLETED MEDIUMSHIPS AND/OR INTUITIVE TAROT READINGS.
NO REFUNDS ON COMPLETED SPELLWORK.
- If, however the spellwork has not been completed you may be issued a refund.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR GOODS PURCHASED, HOWEVER WE MAY PROVIDE YOU WITH A REFUND.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at seraphimsdreamllc@gmail.com if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our Number 1 goal.
REFUNDS.
We will notify you once we’ve received your email to let you know if the refund was approved or not for any damaged item or if a wrong item received . If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
