Seraphim’s Ointments, Oils, & Potions, LLC provides access to Intuitive  Readings for entertainment and amusement purposes only.

You must be 18 years old to receive an Intuitive Reading. 

Video and/or audio recording or any Intuitive Reading is prohibited, unless you have written permission from a reader. If you record any Intuitive Reading without first obtaining written permission from a reader, you will be subject to criminal prosecution and any and all civil remedies available to the reader.  

Seraphim’s Ointment, Oils, & Potions, LLC - or any reader associated with Seraphim’s Ointments, Oils, & Potions, LLC - is not responsible for how you use any information and/or messages received before, during, or after an Intuitive Readings. Any information/messages delivered to you by a reader before, during, or after an Intuitive  Reading is for entertainment and amusement purposes only and should not be relied on to make important decisions. Any information and/or messages delivered in an Intuitive Tarot Reading or Mediumship is not a substitute for hiring an appropriate professional advisor or seeking advice or counsel of a qualified health care professional.

reader associated with Seraphim’s Ointments, Oils, &

Potions, LLC – may refuse a request for an Intuitive Tarot Reading or Mediumship.

Seraphim’s Ointments, Oils, & Potions, LLC does not require readers to accept all requests for an Intuitive Reading and reserves the right to refuse an Intuitive Reading  to any person for any reason. If a reader does not accept your request for a reading or cancels a request for a reading, the reader does not have to provide you with a reason and Seraphim’s Ointments, Oils, & Potions, LLC will not intervene. Please accept the refusal graciously. If you do not accept the refusal graciously, you may be subject to criminal prosecution and any and all civil remedies available to the reader.

A reader has the right to terminate an Intuitive Reading at any time (before or during) if a customer’s comments and/or behavior are deemed by the reader to be inappropriate, abusive or threatening. A customer may be denied future access to any future Intuitive Readings. 

Payment / Payment Disputes

Payment is required prior to booking any Intuitive Reading. 

No refunds unless a request for cancellation is received 24 hours in advance.

You may reschedule your appointment one time, provided your request is received 24 hours in advance, except in cases of emergency.

If it is necessary for Seraphim's Ointments, Oils, & Potions, LLC to file a small claims action against you for the collection of any sums due from you, you shall pay any reasonable attorney's fees together with court costs for all efforts expended by us to collect the same.
